Clipii turns your clips into memory.

Keep the ideas, words, and moments that matter to you. Clipii brings them back when you need them, ready to use in your next thought or project.

The same library, wherever you open it.

The same library continues on the web, the extension, and your phone, and you can export it whole.

Links, notes, images, and voice notes share one library, and media pages arrive with searchable transcripts.

A little reminder. The whole memory.

Many sources, one library

Pages, notes, images, and voice memos sit together. Tags separate them, so you do not have to remember a folder name.

Search the way you remember it

Search titles, body text, transcripts, or tags. A half-remembered sentence is enough to get back.

Tags keep related saves together

Related saves gather under the same tags. Original links and recordings stay with them, including in an export.

  • Nested tags: Tags live in the text as paths like #work/product. The sidebar groups them, and a parent includes every child.
  • Full-text search: Search titles, body text, transcripts, sources, and descriptions. A half-remembered sentence is enough.
  • Narrow the scope: When you already know the range, search only titles, tags, or sources instead of scanning unrelated results.
  • Highlights stay with the save: Keep page highlights with the source, notes, and tags so the passage that mattered is still there.
  • Paste, type, or drop it in: Paste a link, write a note, record a voice memo, or drop an image into the current library.
  • Mixed types, one library: Links, notes, images, and voice memos share one library. Tags and filters split the view when you need it.

Frequently asked questions.

Do I need an account to use Clipii?

Yes. Your account keeps cloud workspaces isolated, syncs them across devices, and lets you revoke browser or assistant access.

What can I save?

Web links, images, notes, and voice memos. Media pages from YouTube, Bilibili, podcasts, and similar sites get a searchable transcript. The cloud library does not treat PDF or Office files as a save type.

How do video transcripts work?

Paste a video or audio page. Clipii uses platform captions when they exist, otherwise it transcribes the speech. The transcript is searchable and jumps to the matching time.

Where is my data stored?

It lives in a cloud workspace under your account, with access limited by member and role. Export the workspace when you need to move a copy.

Can AI assistants read my Clipii library?

Yes. An assistant asks for exact permissions, you approve the ones you want, and you can revoke access later. You never share your Clipii password.

Which platforms does Clipii run on?

The Web App runs in a modern browser. Web Clipper supports Chrome-based browsers. There is a mobile app for iOS and Android.

Research that does not disappear

Search the original

Articles, videos, and voice memos share a workspace. Media pages keep transcripts, tags live in the text, and a quoted sentence is enough to return.

  • Before: references split across tabs, notes, and screenshots
  • Now: search a transcript or title and land on the passage

Saves that an assistant can use

Assistants you approve

Saved docs and threads stay searchable. Claude-style assistants request permission first, then search or write, without a password and without copy-paste.

  • Before: bookmarks sit in a browser folder nobody reopens
  • Now: an assistant reads this library with approved access

Switch devices without starting over

One library everywhere

Save from the browser, then continue in the Web App or on your phone. Tags, calendar, and search follow the workspace.

  • Before: one copy on the computer, another note on the phone
  • Now: web, extension, and phone open the same library
